Adrian started cooking in the kitchen at the age of 14 with his mother. While studying Engineering in London, he was fascinated and amazed with the food from different countries. So he gradually explored cooking with different ingredients, herbs, sauces and  spices. As an engineer, he also tried different techniques of cooking such as stir fry, baking, roasting, poaching etc. That is where he picked up his skills and experience in different cuisines. Over time, with trial and error, he gradually took his cooking to new levels.

Adrian enjoys writing recipes and sharing them with friends. Similarly, he also gathers recipes from other chefs and elderly folks who are happy that he writes them down for posterity and future use.
