Kylie joined the FOFA team in February 2024 as the operations manager. She has known FOFA's founder, Lillie, for a number of years and was inspired by Lillie's energy, mission and heart for improving her community. 

Kylie has extensive experience within the community service sector, in particular in food relief.  She has held management roles and is especially passionate about working alongside volunteers, who are the heartbeat of FOFA. Kylie has a special interest in advocacy, communication, education, and psychology. She loves to see people move into a space of empowerment. She is excited to be able to use her expertise to help bring FOFA to a new level of impact and help support her local community. 

Away from work, Kylie has an active social life and can often be found organising events, hosting a dinner party, away camping, enjoying the great outdoors, or spending time with family and friends. She is always busy with a new project or mission of some kind.
