Knox Volunteers Expo

Thank you Volunteer for Knox for the Incredible Volunteers Expo last month.

It was such an amazing day. Truly an honour to be around so many incredible and inspiring charities. It’s awesome to be part of this beautiful Knox community, where everyone is dedicated to making a difference.

We had a blast sharing information and connecting with the community. It was a full-on day, with many of our volunteers cooking in the kitchen to keep every volunteer and stall holder energised with our signature FOFA fried rice, while others spread the FOFA message with great enthusiasm at the stall.

The ANZAC cookies and shortbread made by our own chef Adrian were also a big hit amongst everyone who attended.

Thank you to all our volunteers who helped make yesterday a successful day, we couldn’t do it without you. Our founder, Lillie also made the day extra special with her fun "prosperity toss" activity, bringing everyone together at the event

A huge thank you to Knox City Council and their wonderful staff for hosting this event and for their generous hospitality!

Thank you to everyone who joined us to learn about our work and how you can get involved. We hope you had a great time and found the volunteering opportunities that align with your passions and values.
